TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY
This Service Usage
Agreement (“Agreement”) is signed between the natural or legal person (“User”)
downloading the “Lattea” mobile application
(“Application”) and Tunahan Mah.
Dumlupınar 30 August Cad. It has been concluded
between Lattea Yazılım
Limited Şirketi (“Company”) located at Metromall Residences, Etimesgut,
Ankara, and the contract clauses will be deemed to have been accepted and
entered into force by the User when the User downloads the Application to his
mobile device. By accepting this agreement, the user is deemed to have accepted
and declared that his personal data is collected in accordance with the
conditions described below and within the scope of the Law on the Protection of
Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”).
As Lattea
Yazılım Limited Şirketi, we
attach great importance to the processing and preservation of personal data of
"Lattea" mobile application users in
accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. For this
reason, this "Privacy policy" aims to inform users about which
personal data are processed, in what ways, shared with third parties within the
scope of legal permission and their protection. All services offered by the
Company to individuals through all kinds of channels will be briefly referred
to as "Service".

complaints, development of products and services offered through the mobile

of 13. The parent or guardian of the User who is under the age of 13 is deemed
to have received the express consent of this agreement.
Collected Information:
The data collected by
us in order to benefit from the services of the Lattea
application and to maintain and improve our services can be counted as User
name, password, name, surname, e-mail.
The personal data
obtained about the user in line with this data can only be used anonymously and
the transfer of this data to an outside service provider is only carried out
within the framework of the legislation on data security and protection of
personal data.
As a part of the
services provided, the Company may obtain and transfer information about the
service users within the scope of this Privacy Policy. These transfers are
carried out within the framework of the conditions determined by the third
parties and the contracts concluded with the third parties and the applicable
legislation. This Privacy Policy does not reflect the privacy practices of
third parties to whom information is transferred, and the Company is not
responsible for their privacy policies.

Limited Şirketi, and keeping it away from the
information of third parties, belongs to him.
Accuracy and Timeliness
of Your Information:
The accuracy and
timeliness of the information provided by the users is the responsibility of
the users. The user is obliged to notify the Company of his real and current
information and to update his information in case of a change in the
information.
In the event that the
user provides information to Lattea Yazılım Limited Şirketi on behalf
of someone else, the user is deemed to have undertaken that this information is
correct and that he/she has the right/authorization to share the information
with Lattea Yazılım Limited
Şirketi.
Changes Made in Mobile
Application:
Lattea Yazılım Limited Şirketi reserves
the right to change, suspend or stop the use of services, information, images
and other elements without prior notice. Lattea Yazılım Limited Şirketi reserves
the right to make changes and updates on this Policy. It is the user's
responsibility to follow the current version of the Policy.
Responsibility
:
Lattea Yazılım Limited Şirketi is not
responsible for any direct or indirect damages and expenses that may arise as a
result of any errors, interruptions, delays, viruses, line and/or system
failures that may occur during the provision of our services in the electronic
environment.
